FAQs
How do I earn Nano here?
- Click on the rewards button in the menu and paste your wallet address in the box (Information below on how to get a wallet).
- Next, you will be asked to change your representative* (this is done in your Nano wallet) to the one given. This proves that you own the account.
- Finally, watch the videos and earn that sweet sweet XNO!
*Remember to change your representative back to another, suitable one after authentication.

How do I get a Nano Wallet?
We recommend Natrium for Mobile Devices and Nault.cc in your Browser.
I need funds to activate my new wallet. Where can I get some?
There are a few faucets you can use:
Why am I not receiving rewards?
- Are you using a VPN? If the answer is yes, you'll need to turn it off to be rewarded.
- Are you completing the captchas presented to you within a reasonable timeframe?
- Have you failed a captcha?
- Was the video queued by us or someone else? You only receive rewards for videos queued by fellow Visionaries; when the queue is empty, cVn will continue to play videos with no reward until another is added.
How do I enqueue a video?
- Find a video that you'd like to share with the community on YouTube. Please note that the video must not be age-restricted and must be allowed to play outside of YouTube.
- On mobile, press the menu button on the top right, followed by enqueue video; in browser, press the 'enqueue video' button on the top right hand side of your screen. This button can also be found at the top of the queue list.
- Paste your video link in the box and choose to make it unskippable if you'd like (x8 fee to queue).
- Next, choose whether your video will skip the current (if possible), play next, or be added to the end of the queue. The Nano value will update to reflect the cost.
- Finally, send the Nano to the given address (within the time limit), and your video will be added!
How do I change my name?
- Type /nick [chosen name] into the chatbox to get or change your nickname.
How do I get my name in a different colour?
The colours and their associated titles indicate the number of videos a user has queued within the last 4 hours:
- Blue = 1 video (Primary Queuer)
- Yellow = 5 videos (Intermediate Queuer)
- Red = 10 videos (Extreme Queuer)
- NEW! Purple = 30 videos (Crazy Queuer)
- NEW! Pink = 100 Videos (Insane Queuer)
How do I tip mods and other users?
- Hover over a user's name (or click if on mobile) to bring up a menu that will allow you to scan a QR code or send a tip manually using Nano Vault.
- Alternatively, click 'copy address' to send an XNO tip from a different Nano wallet.

Moderators will often award official CryptoVision-themed NFTs during holiday and other special events. These NFTs can also sometimes be acquired through social giveaways on Twitter or in cVn-specific Discord channels on various servers.
