How are funds debited for payment of tasks?

Funds are not withdrawn from your balance when creating any tasks. Funds are frozen when the task is accepted for work, and are written off only after you approve (and accordingly pay) specific performers' reports.

If you delete a task, nothing should be returned to your balance because nothing was deducted from it when the task was created.

What tasks are prohibited from publication?
