General Provisions.

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the terms and conditions for the provision of services by the website s1.golden-mines-game.xyz , hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer", and is addressed to an individual wishing to receive the services of the said website (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant".)

1.3. The organizer and the participant recognize the procedure and form of concluding this agreement as equivalent in legal force to an agreement concluded in writing.

Terms and Definitions.

Subject of this Agreement
3.1. 3.3. 3.4. The Participant acknowledges that the degree and opportunity to participate in entertainment on the Game server are the main qualities of the service provided to him.
Rights and obligations of the parties.
4.1 Rights and obligations of the participant.
4.1.1. Only persons who have attained legal capacity under the laws of their country of residence may participate in the game " s1.golden-mines-game.xyz ." All consequences of failure to comply with this requirement are borne by the participant.

4.1.3.7. not to deceive the Organizer and the participants of the game;
4.1.3.8. Do not use obscene language or insults in any form;
4.1.3.9. not to discredit the actions of other players and the Administration;
4.1.3.10. not to threaten anyone with violence or physical harm;
4.1.3.11. not to distribute materials that promote rejection of or hatred towards any race, religion, culture, nation, people, language, politics, state, ideology or social movement;
4.1.3.12. Do not advertise pornography, drugs, or resources containing such information;
4.1.3.13. not use actions, terminology or jargon to disguise a breach of a participant's duties;
4.1.3.14. Take necessary computer and other security measures, keep confidential and not disclose to any other person or participant their identification information (login, account password, etc.), and prevent unauthorized access to the email address specified in the participant's account profile. The participant bears the entire risk of any adverse consequences arising from disclosure of this information, as the participant agrees that the gaming platform's information security system prevents the disclosure of the participant's login, password, and account identification information to third parties.

4.2 Rights and obligations of the organizer.
4.2.1. The organizer is obliged to:

4.2.1.4. maintain confidentiality with respect to the participant’s personal data in accordance with clause 6 of this agreement;
4.2.1.5. bear financial obligations to ensure the equivalent market value of game inventory ( gold ) in the participant's game account. The market value of game inventory ( gold ) is equal to: 100 gold = 1 ruble.
4.2.1.6. Any person who legally owns the gaming inventory ( gold ) shall be paid a sum of money determined by the market value ( of gold ), less the costs of carrying out this transaction.
4.2.2. The organizer has the right:
4.2.2.1. Provide the participant with additional paid services, the list of which, as well as the procedure and conditions for using which, are determined by this agreement, the rules of the gaming platform, and other announcements by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to change the number and scope of paid services offered, their cost, name, type, and effect of use at any time;
4.2.2.2. suspend this Agreement and disable the participant from participating in the game for the duration of the investigation into the participant’s suspicion of violating this Agreement and the rules of the gaming platform;
4.2.2.3. exclude a participant from the game if it is determined that the participant has violated this agreement or the rules established on the playing field, in accordance with 5.10 of this agreement;
4.2.2.4. partially or completely interrupt the provision of services without warning the participant during reconstruction, repairs and preventive work on the site;
4.2.2.5. The Organizer is not responsible for any improper functioning of the game software. The Participant uses the software on an "AS IS" basis. If the Organizer determines that a malfunction (error) has occurred during the game, the results that occurred during the software malfunction may be cancelled or adjusted at the Organizer's discretion. The Participant agrees not to appeal to the Organizer regarding the quality, quantity, order, or timing of the gaming opportunities and services provided to them.
4.2.2.6. unilaterally change the price of gaming equipment.
Guarantees and liability.
5.1. The Organizer does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted access to the gaming platform and its services in the event of technical problems and/or unforeseen circumstances, including: malfunctioning or failure of internet providers, data servers, banking and payment systems, as well as illegal actions of third parties. The Organizer will make every effort to prevent interruptions, but is not responsible for temporary technical failures or interruptions in the Game, regardless of the cause.
5.2 The participant fully agrees that the organizer cannot be held liable for the participant's losses that arise in connection with the illegal actions of third parties aimed at violating the security system of the electronic equipment and game databases, or as a result of interruptions, suspension or termination of the operation of communication channels and networks used for interaction with the participant, beyond the control of the organizer, as well as illegal or unjustified actions of payment systems, as well as third parties.
5.3. 5.5. The organizer shall not be liable to the participant for the actions of other participants.
5.6. In the event of disputes or disagreements arising on the playground, the organizer's decision is final, and the participant fully agrees with it. All disputes and disagreements arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached through negotiations, disputes, disagreements, and claims arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
5.7. The Organizer bears no tax burden on behalf of the Participant. Participants undertake to independently include any income received in their tax return in accordance with the laws of their country of residence.
5.8. The Organizer may unilaterally amend this Agreement, the rules of the gaming platform, and other documents. If changes are made to the documents, the Organizer will post the latest versions of the documents on the gaming platform website. All changes will take effect upon posting. The Participant has the right to terminate this Agreement within 3 days if they do not agree with the changes. In such case, termination will be carried out in accordance with Section 5.9 of this Agreement. The Participant is obligated to regularly visit the official Game website to review official documents and news.
5.9. The Participant has the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement without retaining their game account. In this case, all expenses associated with participation in the game will not be reimbursed or refunded. Game equipment ( gold ) stored in the Participant's game account is subject to return in accordance with Section 4.2.1.6 of this Agreement.
5.10. The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement and take other actions that limit the Game's capabilities against any participant or group of participants found to be complicit in any identified violation of this Agreement. In this case, all game attributes, game equipment ( gold ) in the participant's or group's account, as well as all expenses, are non-refundable and non-compensable.
5.11. The Organizer and Participant are released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances, which include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, wars, fires, floods, explosions, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, acts of governmental or regulatory authorities, hacker attacks, unavailability, non-functioning, or malfunctioning of power supplies, Internet service providers, communications networks, or other systems, networks, and services. The party experiencing such circumstances must notify the other party of such circumstances within a reasonable time and in an accessible manner.

Other provisions.
7.1. The invalidity of a part or clause (sub-clause) of this agreement shall not entail the invalidity of all other parts and clauses (sub-clauses).
7.2. The term of this Agreement is set for the entire period of operation of the gaming platform, that is, for an indefinite period, and does not imply an end date for this agreement.
7.3. By registering and being on the gaming platform, the participant acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and fully accepts the terms of this Agreement, as well as the rules of the game and other official documents.
7.4. To receive the website's services, the Participant fully accepts all the terms of this Agreement. If the Participant disagrees with any of the terms of the Agreement, they are asked to discontinue use of the website's services.
